Ground Coffee:
Pre-ground for versatility. Ideal for moka pot, French press, and drip brewers. No grinding required.

Whole Beans:
For best flavor, grind just before brewing:
– Espresso machine: use a fine grind, similar to table salt
– French press / pour-over: use a medium-coarse grind, like sea salt

Coffee-to-Water Ratio:
Use 1:15 ratio for balance (e.g., 15g coffee for 225ml water)
– French press: 2 tablespoons (~12g) per 6 oz water
– Moka pot: fill the basket level, do not tamp
– Espresso machine: 7–9g per shot

Water Temperature:
Brew with filtered water heated between 90–95°C (194–203°F) — not boiling — to avoid bitterness.

Extra Tip:
Preheat your equipment and serve immediately to preserve crema and aroma. Always store coffee in an airtight container away from light and moisture.
